Online Book Club

I LOVE reading. I LOVE talking about reading. All of which obviously means that I LOVE book clubs. I think it's high time we start an online book club. So many of my favorite reader friends are strewn across the country, so why not create a focused forum for discussion. The idea is that we would read one book a month that we as a group would select and then discuss it via a blog. If you would like to join us in this reading adventure, please post a comment with your email (or if you'd rather, you can email me directly) so I can make sure to include you. The goal is to have a book chosen for December in the next couple weeks. Can't wait to start! Happy reading--
{ps. these are not my bookshelves, but I wish they were - it's a photo from a home decorating blog called colourlovers.com - isn't it amazing!}

I want in. That would be fun. Are you going to get a discussion board going somewhere? Let me know.

YES! That would be so fun! I'm definitely interested. I love watching what books you're reading and reading your reviews. I'd love to be a part of the online club. :) Keep me posted.

Um, can I please have a library that looks like that some day? Hello. And count me IN! At one point when Justin and I were thinking about doing something like this, we thought about the blog idea and how it would be good to post stuff AS we were reading and not just AFTER we were done. You probably thought about that, but just an idea. I also have a friend who's at BYU who might be interested in doing it...I'll let you know.

yes please. Can I suggest a book? We were thinking "Tinkers" for our book club...which has yet to materialize this school year.

I would LOVE to do this. Although, as long as you're ok with me potentially being sparatic (ya know, with almost 5 kids, I might not always get through a book, but I would love a good excuse to read), then I'd love to. I always love reading your book reviews and get jealous that you're reading all the time.

My e-mail is just my first and last time, (at) gmail (dot) com.
